About the role

Plant Security Head is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all personnel, assets, and operations within the plant environment. This role entails the development and implementation of comprehensive security strategies that safeguard company resources while promoting a culture of safety and compliance.

What you'll do

• Ensure the implementation of effective security measures to protect assets and minimize losses across plant operations
• Collaborate with the Head Office team to build security capabilities and enhance operational efficiency
• Oversee the establishment and maintenance of robust security protocols and systems at the plant
• Implement and monitor adherence to approved budgets for manpower deployment, ensuring resource optimization
• Ensure no additional security manpower deployment at existing O&M sites after completion of physical security measures
