What you'll do
- Supervise backend production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and targets while optimizing process efficiency and resource utilization
- Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime, collaborate with maintenance teams for equipment reliability, and ensure continuous production flow
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, generate shift reports, and analyze data to track performance metrics and support decision-making processes
