- Monitor and improve shift performance by analyzing shift operations and implementing strategies to boost productivity and quality
- Coordinate and support various production clusters to resolve issues, facilitate communication, and align operations with shift goals
- Prepare and submit timely production reports, highlighting any deviations from the plan. Escalate issues promptly to address and resolve them effectively
