About the role
Design Engineer is responsible for designing structural design and analysis of precast building components using advanced engineering software, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver accurate, efficient, and constructible designs while managing project schedules, resources, and risks through all design stages.
What you'll do
- Facilitate regular coordination meetings with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams to resolve clashes and design conflicts in a proactive manner
- Engage with clients and contractors to present design approaches, address queries, and obtain approvals. Provide technical support during execution phases
