About the role
Deliver approved classroom, laboratory, shop-floor and on-the-job training for solar manufacturing associates, technicians and supervisors as per the curriculum, session plan and production requirements.
What you'll do
- Deliver approved classroom, laboratory, shop-floor and on-the-job training for solar manufacturing associates, technicians and supervisors as per the curriculum
- Teach relevant manufacturing concepts across the assigned process area, which may include the solar value chain, material handling, cell or module manufacturing
- Explain machine basics, process flow, critical parameters, work instructions, quality checkpoints
- Use samples, defect boards, visual work instructions, demonstrations, simulations and supervised practice to build correct task performance and process discipline
