This role is vital to closing skill gaps, standardizing technical execution, ensuring safety compliance, and upskilling site teams managing Utility-scale Solar PV, Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs), and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). There is urgent need to design, develop and deliver Solar, Wind, BESS and hybrid RE operation and maintenance training programs in Adani Green Energy under Adani Skill & Education.
