About the role
The capacity of the plant has increased from 30KTPA in nineties to 50KTPA in this year. The Export volume has also increased from 701TPM in the year of 2001 to 1600TPM in this year. At this present scenario to exist in the market plant's total volume is the most important factor in which Export volume is the key part.
What you'll do
- Packing of all material as per the customer's requirement
- Monitoring the consumption of the packing material in terms of quantity and cost
- Taking initiatives in cost reduction drives
- Develop proper system tools to integrate the packing items with FG items and transfer of the cost to the financial module (ORAFIN) for payement
- Analyze the age of the stock and do theplanning for scrappage as well as diluton with existing orders
