About the role
Manage end-to-end import, export, and coastal cargo customs clearance activities. Obtain timely discharge/loading permissions from Customs authorities. Coordinate with Procurement, Commercial, Finance, GST, Treasury, CHA, Shipping Lines, and Customs authorities. Verify import/export documents, invoices, contracts, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Origin (COO).
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end import, export, and coastal cargo customs clearance activities
- Coordinate with Procurement, Commercial, Finance, GST, Treasury, CHA, Shipping Lines, and Customs authorities
- Verify import/export documents, invoices, contracts, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Origin (COO)
- Monitor Advance Authorisation requirements and coordinate with DGFT-related activities
- Ensure timely filing of Bills of Entry and Shipping Bills
