About the role
The role will be responsible for building a strong regional business franchise by developing institutional relationships, expanding the corporate client base, strengthening distribution partnerships and ensuring achievement of business, productivity and profitability objectives.
What you'll do
- Own the regional Group Term Life business P&L / business targets and deliver sustainable growth
- Drive achievement of annual and monthly targets across premium, new business, renewals and profitability
- Develop and execute the regional business strategy aligned with overall Group Insurance objectives
- Identify high-potential markets, industries, corporates and institutional segments for business expansion
