About the role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager – Sales to drive business growth, manage branch sales operations, and lead a high-performing sales team. The role involves achieving business targets through effective customer acquisition, team management, channel development, and relationship building.
What you'll do
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage the branch sales team and insurance advisors/agents
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and business conversion
- Generate business through direct sales, agency/agent channels, banca, and other distribution channels , as applicable
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, intermediaries, and key stakeholders
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets
