What you'll do
- The role requires close collaboration with Business, Product, Technology, and Data teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using GA4, Power BI, and other analytics tools
- Manage website content, coordinate UI/UX enhancements, and drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing and continuous improvements
- Own CDP initiatives, including customer segmentation, audience management, and personalized customer journeys
