About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with expertise in SME and Insurance Sales to drive the growth of our Udyog Plus business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, relationship management, and consultative selling, with a proven ability to acquire and expand SME and business-owner customer relationships.
What you'll do
- Identify, acquire, and develop new SME and business-owner relationships to drive insurance sales
- Build and execute business development strategies to expand the Udyog Plus customer base
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry associations, and market outreach activities
- Achieve assigned business targets relating to premium, policy issuance, and customer acquisition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including SMEs, business owners, and corporate decision-makers
