About the role
Data needs to be collected from System and files shared by RM. Data will be filtered as per the defined terms and will be shared for calling. Fixing Appointments and allocating it to Agent as per the available time slot. Incase customer is not reachable then need to update in the tracker so that Relationship Manager can take further action.
