About the role
This role is primarily focused on Support, Enablement and Delivery of HR & People technologies with a focus on PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle Fusion Compensation. Under general direction, defines, implements and maintains application processes and objectives based on both user needs and a solid understanding of an application.

- Investigates issues or service failures to understand root cause and propose
- Solutions in conjunction with other functional teams and/or Vendors
- Participate functional focused & Innovation work groups to provide valuable
- Input, share knowledge and encourage best practice
