Program Manager (Remote)

About the role

This role will ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams while maintaining Senior Executive visibility through steering committees and executive-level presentations. More than experience in Utilities, this Program Manager should have a good understanding of Supply Chain processes, tools and workflows.

What you'll do

• Oversee and coordinate Program Delivery for several work streams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
• Create & maintain comprehensive program and process documents to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle in accordance with established project…
• Coordinate IT, Business Unit (BU), and vendor review meetings, ensuring effective follow-ups on action items and progress
• Track and coordinate the progress of the client's tasks and activities
• Report projects and Program status to the Executive team in order to assess risks, issues, and impediments
