What you'll do
- Develop, maintain, and coordinate detailed 3D BIM models for HVAC, piping, mechanical equipment, and associated systems
- Generate BOQs and material take-offs directly from Revit models
- Prepare coordinated production drawings in accordance with project requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and company standards
- Manage drawing sets, revisions, markups, document control procedures, and deliverables in PDF, DWG, and hard-copy formats
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models and perform model federation, geo-location, and clash detection activities
