About the role
We are seeking an accomplished CSA Construction Project Manager with 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works for large-scale semiconductor projects.
What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of CSA construction activities for semiconductor manufacturing facilities, from initiation to handover
- Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and resource plans aligned with client and business objectives
- Oversee contractor selection, procurement, and management to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Monitor construction progress, manage site activities, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Conduct regular site inspections, resolve technical challenges, and drive timely resolution of issues and non-conformances
