Design Coordinator at AECOM. Lead as the design coordination interface between the client, design consultants, contractors, statutory bodies, and PMC team.
What you'll do
- Lead as the design coordination interface between the client, design consultants, contractors, statutory bodies, and PMC team
- Crosscheck and ensue that the design submissions fulfill the client requirements along with statutory requirements, site-specific requirements, end-user requirements
- Monitor design deliverables, drawing submissions, reviews, and approvals against the project schedule and approved cost budget
- Lead and conduct design coordination meetings, prepare agenda, minutes of meetings, action trackers, regular follow-ups
- Coordinate RFIs, queries, design clarifications required for construction execution, etc
