- Review applicable geotechnical recommendations, approved stone-column design basis, method statements and acceptance criteria
- Evaluate field-test results, installation records and technical deviations related to ground improvement
- Define technical review requirements for releasing completed ground-improvement zones to foundation works
- Guide Geo Inspectors on monitoring records, escalation triggers and evidence requirements
- Coordinate resolution of nonconforming geotechnical results with design/quality/site management resources
