About the role
Performs advanced BIM design and modeling tasks for Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems on large-scale projects, primarily within the Middle East region. This role operates with limited supervision , demonstrating a high level of technical expertise and independent judgment in the development of coordinated BIM models and construction documentation.
What you'll do
- Develops and manages detailed 3D BIM models for Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements
- Produces fully coordinated construction drawings, layouts, and schematics aligned with project standards and specifications
- Ensures compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Level of Development (LOD), and project-specific standards
- Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and integration issues using BIM tools
- Conducts model reviews, QA/QC checks, and ensures accuracy and completeness of deliverables
