About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Designer – Bridges & Structures to join our Transportation team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on global, high-profile infrastructure projects, providing technical leadership in structural BIM modeling and detailing while utilizing advanced BIM and CAD technologies to deliver high-quality, coordinated, and constructible solutions.
What you'll do
- Technical Leadership & BIM Modeling
- Lead complex structural and bridge modeling and detailing activities for global infrastructure projects using Revit and AutoCAD
- Develop and manage 3D bridge and structural models from scratch, based on engineering drawings, design information, and project requirements
- Develop and maintain Revit families, templates, shared parameters, and project-specific modeling standards
- Identify opportunities for BIM process improvement, automation, and productivity enhancement using Dynamo , Revit API/Python , or other digital tools
