About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor with 8–10 years of professional experience in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cost estimation, quantity verification, and contract management for airside and landside works.
What you'll do
- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for airside and landside works, including runways, taxiways, aprons, utilities, buildings, and supporting infrastructure
- Develop and review BOQs, cost estimates, rate analyses, and tender documentation aligned with airport authority standards
- Evaluate contractor bids, conduct cost comparisons, and support negotiation processes
- Prepare contract award recommendations based on thorough analysis and cost evaluations
- Monitor project costs during design and construction phases, track variations/claims, and prepare cost reports, cash-flow forecasts, and change management documentation
