About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor - Civil with over 10 years of expertise in managing cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration for Annex Building projects within Airport Infrastructure across pan india. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of civil works, construction methodologies, and airport-specific requirements, regulations, and standards.
What you'll do
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil works, including foundations, structural elements, pavements, and earthworks for annex buildings
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and constraints
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and contracts to determine accurate cost projections specific to airport infrastructure
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive BOQs for civil works in airport annex building projects
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of BOQs based on project requirements and design documents
