- Lead and manage all contractual aspects of large highway and major bridge projects
- Handle variation orders, contractor claims, and dispute resolution
- Support procurement processes including bidding document preparation and tender assistance
- Manage arbitration and contract administration matters
- Ensure compliance with multilateral and bilateral funding agency requirements
