About the role
We are looking for a NOC Engineer (Tier 3) to lead and mentor our network operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting complex environments and overseeing critical incident resolution.
What you'll do
- Own major incident management, serving as the escalation point for Tier 2
- Lead high-severity incidents, guiding resolution from start to finish
- Drive capacity planning, network optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and refine NOC processes, runbooks, and best practices in alignment with ITIL
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for large-scale deployments, upgrades, and audits
