About the role
The Resident Construction Manager (RCM) serves as the primary site authority responsible for leading, managing, and executing the entire construction phase of major onshore Oil & Gas EPC projects (such as Gathering Stations, Refineries, Gas Processing Plants, or Tank Farms). The RCM ensures the project is successfully delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and meeting all contractual quality standards.
