About the role
Ensure timely provision of requisite manpower to the various project departments and motivating and managing the same as per personnel policy to facilitate smooth running of the project. Implement AFCONS personnel policy at the project Manpower planning and recruitment. Provide inputs for determining manpower numbers and skills required analyzing the project work plan, current manpower productivity norms and other data.

- Updating MRQ/ WGA related to manpower planning and sending approved sheet to HO. HR
- Ensure the timely disbursement of wages for workmen

- Mentoring leave and attendance of employees and identify defaulters
