About the role
The company provides infrastructure services and is involved in the construction of infrastructure projects such as viaducts, flyovers, metros, bridges, pipelines, roads, ports, barrages, oil and gas projects etc Overseeing internal processes related to various Human Resource Support Services like Employee Onboarding, Confirmation, Transfers, Separation, HR MIS and new HR digitization initiatives.
What you'll do
- Overseeing internal processes related to various Human Resource Support Services like Employee Onboarding, Confirmation, Transfers, Separation
- Ensuring that the data of Management and Non-management manpower is getting reflected on HR MIS Dashboard
- Support to BU HR Coordinators for Recruitment
- Providing inputs and support as a part of succession planning for critical roles and implementing employee engagement initiatives at the Project Sites
- Ensuring Role Clarity, Targets, Key Result Areas (KRAs) are set and discussed with Superiors and Subordinates
