What you'll do
- Contribution in definition & execution of the comprehensive multi-year Corporate roadmap, in line with defined Digital & HR strategy
- Contribution to the local Digital supply chain, make/buy and offshore strategy in line with Digital directives, organize and carry-out activities as per plan
- Is Accountable for the technical execution and the operational excellence of his/her direct reports (On time, On Quality, continuous improvement…)
- Establishes two-way-dialogue to translate Business Needs against known technical & resource constraints
- Meet the operational service level defined with the Business and being an advocate for a culture of continuous improvements & innovation
