By joining the global Airbus BC (Cross-Programme) organization as a founding member of the newly created Airbus PM Office in India , you will play a pivotal role in operating projects, programmes, portfolios, and performance management to enable efficient decision-making and execution with a high level of PM standard.

- Define clear interaction models between traditional milestone gates (LBIP) and SAFe Program Increments (PI Planning), System Demos, and Value Stream alignments
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on PM standards, providing coaching and guidelines to Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Managers, PMBPs
