About the role
The Monitoring Tools Administrator will manage and optimize Otsuka’s monitoring, observability, and AIOps platforms across cloud and on-premises environments. This role will ensure reliable event collection, intelligent alert correlation, effective incident automation, and actionable operational reporting.
What you'll do
- Administer enterprise monitoring and observability platforms across hybrid environments
- Configure and maintain Moogsoft event ingestion, integrations, correlation rules, Cookbooks, Recipes, TeamRooms, and user access
- Integrate Moogsoft with monitoring and ITSM platforms, including LogicMonitor, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, and ServiceNow
- Configure automated incident creation, routing, assignment, notifications, escalation, and resolution workflows
- Tune alert thresholds, event policies, and correlation rules to reduce duplicate alerts and improve signal quality
