About the role
3-4 years of prior experience in Beauty and Personal Care Manufacturing (e.g., especially Shampoo, cream, lotion, conditioner etc.). Thorough understanding of batch manufacturing process with knowledge of batch making sequence, control points and critical control points. Well-versed in operating and handling different types of mixers like Universal Mixer & Contra Mixer (Contra-Rotating Mixer)
What you'll do
- Maintain daily manufacturing records and ensure there is no bulk downtime
- Ensure FTIR testing is completed for all batches produced
- Check the condition of all equipment regularly and promptly report any maintenance issues
- Maintain WIP stock as per the system and ensure strict waste control
- Record daily SFG data shift‑wise
