Executive / Senior Executive – Mechanical Maintenance (IMPET Machines) at ALPLA India. Attend and troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns of IMPET injection molding machines.
What you'll do
- Attend and troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns of IMPET injection molding machines
- Diagnose and repair issues related to hydraulic, pneumatic, clamping, and injection systems
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions
- Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical components such as bearings, cylinders, pumps, valves, couplings, seals, and guide mechanisms
