About the role
We are looking for a Mechanical Technician with 3–5 years of experience in maintaining secondary line equipment in a beverage, FMCG, packaging, or manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of packaging and material handling equipment to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of secondary line machines
- Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, labeling machines, Wadding machines, coding machines, and stretch wrapping machines
- Carry out mechanical overhauling, alignment, bearing replacement, chain and sprocket maintenance, and lubrication activities
- Monitor machine performance and identify potential failures
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of equipment
