What you'll do
- Analysis & Organisational Design
- Conduct structured current-state analysis of organisational structures, operating models, roles, and accountabilities across relevant business units
- Support the design of target operating models that align with strategic objectives, optimise spans and layers, and enable scalable growth
- Design and document complex, tech-enabled processes, analyses, and assessments against a backdrop of a rapidly evolving transformation landscape
- Analyse interdependencies between people, process, technology, and governance elements of the operating model
