What you'll do
- Deliver features end-to-end across the Synapse stack: React/Vite frontend, Node.js/Express/Apollo GraphQL backend, MongoDB/Elasticsearch data layer
- Operate AI coding tools (Claude Code, agentic workflows, LLM-assisted code review) as a first-class part of the workflow — write effective prompts
- Contribute to HL7 v2 / FHIR / immunization data pipelines, including Kafka-based ingestion and Elasticsearch indexing
- Instrument new work with structured logging (Pino), OpenTelemetry tracing, and Prometheus metrics; debug across the Grafana / Tempo / Loki / Pyroscope stack
- Handle PHI safely — apply secure coding practices, use PII-safe span attributes, and flag security concerns during code review
