About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Citrix Infrastructure team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our Citrix virtualization environment, while driving project delivery excellence, team performance, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.
What you'll do
- Design, build, configure, and maintain the enterprise Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environment
- Oversee Citrix infrastructure including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, NetScaler/ADC, Provisioning Services (PVS), and Machine Creation Services (MCS)
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of all Citrix platforms and services
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex Citrix infrastructure issues and escalations
- Plan and execute Citrix upgrades, patches, and technology refresh cycles
