About the role
Deputy Associate – Intralogistics Automation (Projects) The Deputy Associate – Intralogistics Automation (Projects) will support the end-to-end execution of automated warehouse and material handling projects. This hands-on role involves coordinating project timelines, assisting with on-site installation, collaborating with engineering vendors, and ensuring that automation systems are commissioned safely, on time, and up to technical specifications.
What you'll do
- Project Execution & Tracking
- Assist the Project Manager in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or Asana)
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including layouts, technical datasheets, change orders, Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), and meeting minutes
- Monitor on-site project progress to ensure execution aligns closely with the approved engineering drawings and project layouts
- On-Site Installation & Commissioning Support
