About the role
Asia, India, OGD, TAMILNADU, Head office, Kancheepuram, Oragadam, Oragadam Overall leading and executing NPD activities up to SOP stage for injection moulded and hot plate welding process. 1.New project handling and mould development. 2.Study and review 3D model and convert to 2D drawing release. 2.DFM analysis & design review with customer as well as supplier for new mould development
What you'll do
- Process validation i.e. WOW test for new product
- Lead Customer PPAP audit and action closure
- Responsible for Process audit / Product audit / Process validation & APQP documents
- Lead to Mould and Fixture correction and approval
