About the role
You will have to identify and problem solve issues being faced by sellers operating on Amazon marketplace. In this role, you will be required to provide accurate resolution steps to help them improve their performance on marketplace, competitive pricing to Amazon customers and drive desired selection on marketplace.
What you'll do
- Identifying root causes of problems faced by sellers and provide resolution of the same
- Partner with various internal stakeholders to unblock seller needs or fast track processes
- Have need to demonstrate ownership, analytical ability and an eye for detail
- Work coordinate with Account Managers and take responsibility to resolve seller queries
