What you'll do

• You start your morning reviewing facility performance dashboards and triaging any overnight issues with your team
• Mid-morning, you join a cross-functional meeting to align on an upcoming space reconfiguration project
• After lunch, you hold one-on-one meetings with direct reports, discussing development goals and removing barriers to their work
• Later, you walk the facility with your maintenance lead to inspect a recently completed improvement project before wrapping up with a narrative review for an upcoming…
