APEX NOC (Network Operation Center) is the central command and control tower for 'Quick Commerce Execution' across Amazon's ultra-fast delivery network.
What you'll do
- Identify egregious metrics in real time — spotting flow disruptors, bottlenecks, and exceptions before they cascade
- Coordinate actions across teams — mobilizing operations, tech, program, and field teams to keep the network in flow when disruptions hit
- Build learnings for next time — codifying every intervention into playbooks and reusable recovery frameworks so the network responds faster with each recurrence
- Track until normal state — owning each disruption from detection through recovery, confirming stabilization before closing the loop
