About the role
This role is responsible for MCF, Buy with Prime (BwP) and ASCS support, providing expert assistance to sellers leveraging Amazon's fulfillment capabilities across off-Amazon sales channels (like Shopify).
What you'll do
- Provide MCF support including onboarding, catalog uploads, troubleshooting, listings, products, inventory questions
- Support top-tier MCF and ASCS managed merchants with high-quality case handling
- Follow dedicated support paths and processes specific to both MCF and Buy with Prime program requirements
- Work closely with program managers to implement new initiatives while maintaining daily operational excellence
