About the role
Outbound process typically starts from picking up a unit from bin (shelving area) when an order is attached to Fulfillment Centre (FC). This is followed by packing of the shipment units in specific process paths using the recommended carton/box/paper mailers along with p-slip and then it is slammed where shipment label is affixed to the shipment.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety
- Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues
- Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans
- Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates
- Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis
