About the role
Responsible for warehouse processing capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities; focus on understanding data deviations, their root causes, and driving forward-looking opportunities Analyze capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities and be able to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with multiple business teams including FC operations, HR, finance , supply chain, transportation, work force staffing and others
- Develop and execute short/medium/long-term operational plans to optimize staffing costs
- Supporting with warehouse staffing/capacity metrics forecasting using statistical modeling to drive a collaborative decision-make
