About the role
Day to day you'll work with fellow engineers and partner closely with product managers, designers, and scientists, who bring the customer and data insight that shapes what we build.
What you'll do
- Most days start with the customer problem in front of you: how to help someone find better everyday-essentials products faster
- You dig into data, sketch a design, and talk it through with product managers and scientists before writing any code
- By the afternoon you might be prototyping an idea that didn't exist yesterday, reviewing a teammate's change, or debugging something in production
- Because so much here is new, you won't just pick up tickets
- Help decide what to build, push for the approach you believe in, and see your work reach customers in weeks, not quarters
