What you'll do
- Scaling MRO selection, pricing
- Driving down customer facing SLAs
- Reviewing selection, pricing selection gaps across B2C, B2B for Tools business
- Visit offline commercial hubs, B2B melas and learn about true customer frustrations and solve for them
