Amazon built world-class finance and accounting machinery to run its own business at scale. Finance as a Service (FaaS) is turning that machinery into a product: end-to-end back-office finance and accounting, delivered to sellers and partners as a service. Customers get Amazon-grade accuracy, controllership, and compliance without building it themselves.

What you'll do

• Scaling FaaS into a durable business requires a deliberate long-term strategy, and this includes the technology that powers it
• Work collaboratively, shape the vision and strategy in building the product and solving business problems
• Design scalable and secure systems that handle sensitive financial data
• Mentor and grow the team while delivering with quality
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies including agentic AI and LLMs
