What you'll do

• Tackle challenges unique to this space — computing pay accurately across thousands of policy configurations, ensuring sub-second latency for real-time time capture
• Build and lead a high-performing team — recruit, coach, and retain top talent; mentor engineers across levels
• Drive operational excellence — own service health, on-call, monitoring, and post-mortem rigor for pay-critical systems
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap — make crisp trade-offs between new capability development, tech debt reduction
• Drive cross-team alignment across TimeHub, Scheduling, DLS, WSTT, PXT, and Operations — removing blockers and ensuring seamless delivery across the time-to-pay pipeline
