About the role
Owns the governance, optimization, and adoption of marketing technologies and operational processes outside the core CRM and marketing automation platforms. This role ensures marketing tools, workflows, and operating procedures are effective, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary owner and administrator for marketing operations platforms such as: Jira, 6sense, Microsoft Bookings, Qualtrics, Knowliah, Ariba
- Define, document, and continuously improve marketing processes, workflows, and operating procedures
- Establish governance standards, best practices, and user guidance for marketing technologies and operational processes
- Lead tool onboarding, implementation, user adoption, and change management initiatives
- Manage platform configurations, user access, documentation, and training materials
